I have been in the Eugene/ Springfield area, as an instructor and a competitor, all my life. I have successfully competed in almost every discipline- i hunt seat, western pleasure, drill team competition, 4-D barrel and rodeo competition, all gaming events and more recently extreme cowboy racing! I have twenty five years of experience riding, training and educating youth and adults in performance horsemanship.
I have a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Management. In addition to formal education, I have been blessed to have ridden under many of the greats in the barrel racing and speed horse industry- Charmayne James, Sharon Camarillo, Ed Wright, Connie Combs, Martha Josey and Craig Cameron. Balanced control at speed is the key to all events requiring speed and timing.
